This movie demonstrate a class with Vladimir Vasiliev at Systema Headquarters Training Center.

IMHO the System is much closer to genuine spirit of Aikido and true Budo than many of today Shihans and other exponents of aikido turning it into a weird dance with poor self-defence application. Please, don't ruin the system in this way. This is awesome and most practical russian martial art i've ever seen. It's not about negation of fear, stress and tension but how to confront and overcome them to become your partners in self-defense.
