Ingredients:
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Oil
2 Tomatoes 1/2 tsp Oregano
dash Salt, pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Canned chipotle, to taste


Preparation:
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped. Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes.
